About Our Renovation Process

Initial Consultation
We begin with a meeting with you at your home, so you can walk us through your vision, and goals for the renovation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas, and timeline, and answer any questions you may have. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge and can provide valuable guidance in these early stages.
Concept & Design
Whether you’re starting with completed plans or just an initial idea, we’re here to support you at every step. If plans are needed, we’ll guide you through the process and connect you with a trusted architect to bring your vision to life.
Budget Planning
If needed we can provide a cost estimate, or in some situations, we can provide a quote. This way, you’ll have a clear understanding of where your investment is going. Renovations can sometimes require more labour and materials than initially anticipated. For example, extra work may be needed to straighten the framing of the house, which is often only discovered once the wall linings have been removed. We always recommend having a contingency. Jamie can talk you through all of this.
Pre-Construction Preparation
Before construction begins, we ensure the site is prepared and that any logistical considerations are addressed, so we’re ready for a smooth start. Depending on the scale of your renovation, you may want to move out for a while, but we will discuss this with you in the planning stages.
Construction
